As the traditional retail model continues to struggle, ecommerce continues to grow strongly each year. There is no doubt that the internet has changed the way people shop.

In 2012, Google commissioned Think Insights to research the new way consumers shop and this led to a wealth of in depth information to help retail businesses adapt and become leaders in their sector.
