We are MORE than happy with the site - the overall design, colour and content met our expectations well.  At the start point, it is difficult to envisage the end result and not having experience with design previously, it seemed a daunting task but we feel the site has the distinctive, Australian "feel" we were after.

We feel the designers did a great job and Mantis accommodated the changes promptly and without fuss.  It is not until you start to fill in the content that you realise for example, that FAQ would be a valuable tool for us at the top of the page.  It is very hard to know what you need on the site, but the guidance Mantis provided was very valuable.

We also liked the idea of a "package" as it became far too complicated with others using their computer language to describe various components/requirements of a site.  Your own site is "user friendly" which means the sites you design, would reflect this.

Thank you to everyone at Mantis Technologies for my redesigned website. It looks fantastic!! I don’t think I will be able to out grow this one, even with all my big ideas. I was surprised at just how easy it was to have my web site given such a major face lift.  We have already received so much positive feedback from existing and new customers about how simple the site is to navigate and how great it looks.  In the home furnishings industry, where there is always something new being released, it is so much easier for us to be able to change all the photos ourselves, it means our site will always look fresh and up to date.

Since then internet sales have grown steadily, and becoming more or less level with hard copy correspondence course sales.
